I, for some insane reason, just enjoy looking things up on Nexus and making lists of mods.
I haven't used most of the mods in this list. I tried to list mods that were designed for just a few people instead of an entire settlement's worth. Most of them have lots of storage, custom benches, static clutter, barber/surgery chairs, etc. I leave a lot of stuff out in the short blurbs though, so please check the mod page. I tried to break it up by type of location, and list things from the description I noticed. It's been a while since I made my last thread trying to approximate pre-built settlements, so I thought I'd make another.
